    Sustainability and protecting our environment are very important to us. In 2013, we therefore launched our Green Catering sustainability initiative.  Our aim is to achieve our goal of comprehensive sustainability and thus successfully combine ecology and economy in order to protect resources and the climate. We are happy to take on the challenges this entails. We therefore attach great importance to the following aspects:

    Regional and Seasonal

    Good things are so close at hand. For catering at trade fairs, congresses or events, this means using fresh, seasonal products from the region, wherever possible in organic quality. This applies to both the food and the drinks: mineral water and juices from Hesse, coffee and tea from fair trade and organic cultivation, predominantly German wines, to name just a few examples.

    Long-standing cooperation with regional suppliers forms the basis for first-class freshness and less CO2 thanks to short delivery routes.

    Our ingredients

    Frankfurt's Oberrad district is known as a source of sustainably produced fruit and vegetables. Whenever possible, we use products from our immediate neighborhood in the preparation of our dishes.

    We source our meat from the Karl Eidmann company in Bruchköbel. A sustainable butcher's store just outside Frankfurt. In this way, we always ensure that high-quality, regionally produced meat reaches our guests' plates.

    Unnecessary packaging material, small containers or portion packs have no place at accente.
    The distances are short because accente's production, logistics and service facilities are located directly on the exhibition grounds. This also means that food is cooked directly on site every day and is always served fresh.

    Wherever porcelain, glass and metal cutlery cannot be used due to hygiene regulations, we rely on sustainable products made from recycled materials, renewable raw materials and compostable materials.
