The future has begun. In Kap Europa, in fact, the world’s first congress building which won a platinum certificate from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) for its high ecological standard.

So far, so sustainable. And it goes without saying that the building incorporates an intelligent and trailblazing concept for the organization of congresses, conferences, meetings, exhibitions, galas, parties and a lot of other events.

Ample light, floor-to-ceiling window fronts and high ceilings create a friendly and relaxed feel-good atmosphere during any event. Movable partitions create conference rooms of any required size for professional use on four levels. Among, these, a hall for 1.000 persons, a divisible hall for 600 persons, another 12 conference rooms and a foyer of 4,200 m² size provide flexibility and freedom of design for individual solutions par excellence.

Although located directly at the Fairgrounds, the Kongresshaus Kap Europa is the only building of Frankfurter Messe outside the Fairgrounds proper, in the Europaviertel near the Skyline Plaza shopping center.

In a nutshell: For anyone to whom sustainability is more than just a word. And for people with high demands – including demands on events.

Excellent food and drinks are served by accente, the Fair’s own full service provider with professionalism, passion and always with the necessary guidance and resources. Inspiring and constructive.
Our range of food and drinks is immense and versatile. We do everything to make congresses and conferences or galas or parties and staff events a complete success. With attending service, to be sure.
Everything good is so near. That is why – acting with sustainability in mind – we preferably buy fresh produce from local suppliers from the Rheingau, the Taunus and the Rhine-Main area, for our meals. Wherever possible, we give food without coloring or preserving agents or additives preference and do not use disposable packaging. Our “Green Catering“ has been developed specifically for sustainable events in Kap Europa.

A new, digital planning tool was developed for Kap Europa specifically for event planning.

Messe Frankfurt has developed a new digital planning tool specially for events to be held in Kap Europa congress center.

myVenue, developed by Messe Frankfurt, offers a new platform for event planning in Kap Europa. From now on, organisers will be given a real-time overview of possible dates and can also select services and calculate their event costs. As well as this, all information about the Kap Europa congress centre and the full range of services can be accessed quickly and easily in both English and German.
